Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded electronically between the user purchasing a digital membership or service through the IntelMetal Platform and Intelcon Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi as the seller/service provider.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is the electronic sale, activation, payment, and the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the digital membership plan or platform service selected by the user through the IntelMetal Platform.

3. Main Characteristics of the Service

IntelMetal memberships may include digital platform access, market information, company profile features, demand/offer tools, news, signals, and other digital features that may vary according to the membership plan.

4. Price and Payment

The current price, taxes, currency, discounts, and payment amount for the membership plan are displayed to the user on the pricing and cart screens before payment. Payments may be collected through secure payment infrastructure.

5. Performance and Digital Delivery

After successful payment, the purchased membership or service is assigned to the user's account. No physical product delivery is made.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions

The user's right of withdrawal is evaluated within the framework of applicable consumer legislation. For digital content or services, if service performance has started with the user's approval, statutory exceptions regarding the right of withdrawal may apply.

7. Disputes

Applicable legislation applies to disputes that may arise between the parties. The user's statutory application rights are reserved.
